Luke Larner

A former bricklayer, Luke is a priest in the Church of England based at St. Paul’s parish in the centre of Bedford. Passionate about social justice and solidarity, Luke has previously supported local organisations through work in the areas of homelessness, violence affecting young people, peace-making, and interfaith collaboration.

Luke is currently studying for a doctorate in Practical Theology, researching with Christians involved in Community Organising. Luke is also involved with international ecumenical social justice network Red Letter Christians and has trained in Community Organising through Citizens UK. A big fan of Saint Francis and lover of nature, Luke is often found riding his chopper bicycle along the banks of the River Great Ouse.
